		<description>It is so easy to get overwhelmed with technology...I work in the technology office and find it hard to keep up with all that is out there.  You have a great attitude about it - take those baby steps (and know you have plenty of support to hold your hand if you need it).  Technology is definitely changing the way we can teach, but it should be making it easier, not harder.  You have to find what works for you...</description>

		<description>Your very first sentence reminded me of how I felt in my first years of teaching.  I was the only music teacher in the town.  I taught at the elementary, junior high and the high school.  The web would have been very helpful to me, too.  I imagine the way colleges prepare teachers has changed immensely.
