You have a great attitude about it - take those baby steps (and know you have plenty of support to hold your hand if you need it). Technology is definitely changing the way we can teach, but it should be making it easier, not harder. You have to find what works for you... I was the only music teacher in the town. I taught at the elementary, junior high and the high school. The web would have been very helpful to me, too.
